We got the call tonight at 9:15pm. There is a baby girl waiting for us in Majuro. Baby Jones was born on April 5, 2009, weighing 6 1/2 lbs and 19 1/2 inches long.
Hoping to have a picture shortly that I'll post to the blog but from what the medical report states, she is healthy and currently residing with a foster family.
Travel is expected within 3-6 weeks and will depend on when we get the petition from the court and then when the judge sets a court date. The program director said she would probably lean towards the 3 week mark!
So much to do, so little time......Let the shopping begin!
